SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services to deliver specified sludge dewatering polymers for the City of Bartow Water and Wastewater Utilities Department on an as-needed basis. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow.
