Sludge Cake Receiving Facility Project, Funded by NJIBANK

Project Description: This Project, Contract No. C-1147, generally consists of the construction of an enclosed sludge cake receiver, storage silo, and pumping system designed to feed off site truck-delivered sludge to existing incinerators. Odor control of the operation is included by exhausting areas exposed to sludge to an existing caustic scrubber. The Project also includes all other Work of any type or description necessary for completion of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents.
This Contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract.
