INVITATION TO BID
The West Haven City Corporation will be
accepting sealed bids for 2025 Slough
Maintence Project. The Slough Maintence
consists of two locations, Hooper Slough east of
2700 W, and Howard Slough South of 4200 S.
Bids shall be submitted at the City office, 4150
South 3900 West, West Haven City, UT 84401
until 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, November 26,
2025. The project work includes dredging and
removal of all dredged material. Electronic Bid
documents may be obtained from Gardner
Engineering on Wednesday, November 12,
