Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Slocum G3 Shallow Base Custom Marine Glider from Teledyne Instruments Inc as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods or services as well as its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment and based on the supplier being the single provider of the goods and/or services. This is a custom built glider from the manufacturer that must be compatible with existing custom equipment from Teledyne Instruments. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to the Office of Procurement, Payment and Travel at Procurement@oregonstate.edu by April 2, 2026 at 9:00am PST.
