The objective of this project is to remediate life safety deficiencies identified on the TT300 sliding vehicle gates at the U.S. Consulate Naha in accordance with UL 325, ASTM F2200, and Department of State guidance issued in ALDAC 24 STATE 114014. The gates currently lack required physical stops, do not meet entrapment zone protection requirements, and require additional safety sensors to prevent run out, entrapment, and tip over hazards.
