The Authority intends to award the company with the lowest responsive and responsible bid a fixed price contract for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision required to complete the work set out in this invitation for bid and the contract documents.
Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A pre-bid conference will be held on site at 10:00 AM (local time),Thursday, August 6, 2026 at the California Gardens Apartments, 2910 California Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104. A visit to relevant project areas will follow the meeting to allow prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions. Although attendance at the Pre-bid Conference is not mandatory, participation is strongly encouraged.
