SLCo SLP115480 Salt Palace Convention Center and Entertainment District County Facilities A/E Services - Stage 1 RFQ

Project Description: Salt Lake County (County) on behalf of its Facilities Management Division is requesting qualifications for architectural and engineering services of an Architect (Architect or Proposer) for the design and construction administration of the Salt Palace Convention Center (SPCC) partial demolition and re-build, Abravanel Hall (AH) back of house demolition and re-build, and the Visual Art Building/Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) demolition and re-build (Project).
The Architect and Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) will each be a two-stage RFP process. This RFP is Stage 1 of the two-stage Architect selection process. Stage 1 involves submission of a written proposal focused on Proposer qualifications. Up to four firms will be selected to move onto Stage 2. The County reserves the right to conduct, or not to conduct, interviews with any and all of the Proposer’s during Stage 1.
