SLCo PAR080726 Utah & Salt Lake Canal Trail Phase 7 Landscape Design - RFI

Project Description: The Division of Contracts and Procurement has received a request to purchase from a “sole source” vendor. If, for any reason, any party does not agree that this sole source purchase is applicable, please email the contact person for Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement Division prior to August 14, 2026 before 1:00 pm.
The service requested under this procurement is a Sole Source Standardization for the continuation of a competitively bid contract that has been awarded to Terracon. The request is for Terracon to provide Landscape Architectural/Engineering Design, Construction Documents, Bidding Services and Const Period Services for the Utah & Salt Lake Canal Trail Phase 7 Landscape Design which received additional funds beyond what the original contract terms would allow. The Sole Source Standardization is to allow continuation of the project by amendment to the original contract procured under the Specialty Landscape Architecture Pool and awarded to Terracon.
