Project Description: The Division of Contracts and Procurement has received a request to purchase from a “sole source” vendor. If, for any reason, any party does not agree that this sole source purchase is applicable, please email the contact person for Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement Division prior to March 31st, 2026.
Salt Lake County seeks to: Work with GRT Genesis, Inc. to provide StageLam Flooring for the Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center. While traditional pressboard layering remains the baseline and industry standard, the product lacks the longevity required for the Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center. As such, the agency is not looking for information regarding products that consist of pressboard layering, but is seeking any information as to any other company that can provide materials comparable to the StageLam proprietary flooring.
