SLCC Door and Lock supplies

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit responses to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain the products and/or services listed for Salt Lake Community College. After reviewing the submitted responses, the College may choose not to proceed with the procurement.
We would like to purchase the supplies in the quantities listed on the bid sheet from one supplier, with all the materials being delivered to our central receiving warehouse at 2675 S. 900 W. Salt Lake City, Utah 84119. A PO will be issued to the lowest qualified vendor.
Equivalent Brands and Part Numbers MAY be quoted, but it is the responsibility of the bidder to provide sufficient documentation that proves the quoted products meets and/or exceeds the specs of the product requested; and that the product quoted will be interchangeable with the brand and part number requested. Failure to provide documentation upfront or if the documentation provided is insufficient will result in disqualification.
