The Consolidated School District of New Britain Invitation to Bid: The Consolidated School District of New Britain, will be accepting sealed bid proposals for the following: Qualified HVAC contractors for work at Slade Middle School and Pulaski Middle School, not limited to removal of Hazardous Material, Architectural and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work. Forms for proposal, certification, conditions, specifications, and any addenda may be obtained online at www.CSDNB.org/Bids MANDATORY WALKTHROUGH: March 5, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Slade Middle School 183 Steele St, NB, CT 0605 then Pulaski Middle School 757 Farmington Ave at 3 p.m. RFI Deadline: Friday March 13, 2026 at 3 p.m. Sealed bid submissions will be due Thursday March 19, 2026 by 9 a.m. and will be opened publicly at 250 John Downey Dr. New Britain CT 06051 All details related to the above bid opening and mandatory walk-through can be found in the individual bid documents.
