Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Meeting:

A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 27th, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. Interested Parties are asked to meet at the Sky View Agricultural Open Space in Longmont, Colorado. The property is located just north of the intersection of Airport Road and Nelson Road. The entrance to the property is located on the East side of Airport Road.

Non-Mandatory Informational Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A pre-proposal information meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 27th at 1:00 p.m. Interested parties are to meet at the Boulder County Parks and Open Space Building (5201 St. Vrain Road, Longmont, CO 80503).

Other Comments:

The Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department, Agricultural Resources Division, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease approximately 36.25 acres of the Sky View Agricultural Open Space property. Previous agricultural production on the property consisted of alfalfa and grass hay production as well as livestock grazing. The property has been previously managed in alignment with organic agricultural practices.
