This RFP is for a contract that generally includes general construction work at Skeena Substation located in Terrace, B.C. that will include components from three separate projects including  Prince George to Terrace Capacitors Project, Minette – Load Interconnection Project and Northwest Substations Outage Mitigation Project.
Delivery or completion date is 2026-Oct-01.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
