Skate & Hockey Pro Shop Concessionaire

Greenville County is seeking proposals from vendors to operate a year-round Skate & Hockey Pro Shop at the Pavilion Athletic Complex, located at 400 Scottswood Road in Taylors, SC. The County desires to enter into a One (1) Year contract, with the possibility of Four (4) Annual Renewals.

Built in 1990, the Pavilion Athletic Complex (referred to herein as "the Pavilion") is comprised of many amenities that serve Greenville County and neighboring cities/counties. The Pavilion's Operating Hours are typically from 6am to Midnight, seven days per week. The Pavilion's Ice rink offers daily activities, such as: Public Skating, Birthday Parties, Ice Skating lessons, Hockey Lessons, Curling, In-House Hockey, Travel Hockey, Adult Hockey, and various camps and tournaments.

Renovations were completed in October 2020 where a Full-Service Skate & Hockey Pro Shop retail space was created. This space has been in use by a concessionaire for the past 5 years whose contract has expired. The County is seeking a concessionaire to occupy this retail space.
