Six Month Bids: Steel Products, Tank Cars, Crushed Materials, Asphalt Products

NOTICE TO BID

The Tillman County Commissioners will be accepting six (6) month bids for the following: steel
products, tank cars, crushed limestone products, crushed granite products, and asphalt products.
Specifications may be picked up in the Tillman County Cletk's office. Bids shall be in writing
and contain an Affidavit of Non-Collusion. The envelope is to be plainly marked "Six Month
Bids" on the lower left corner and submitted to the Tillman County Clerk, P.O. Box 992,
Frederick, OK 73542 or delivered to Tillman County Clerk, 201 N. Main, Frederick, OK. Sealed
bids will be accepted until bid opening time at 10:00 A.M., June 8, 2026. Commissioners reserve

the right to reject any or all bids. All bids will be considered on the basis of best value to Tillman
County.

TILLMAN COUNTY SIX MONTH BIDS

Bids to be submitted on sheets furnished.
All bids awarded subject to "lowest & best" bid on availability of product, with consideration of job site and project

Ready-Mix concrete delivered to any location in Tillman County to meet minimum specifications of 3000 psi and
3500 psi.

All material to meet Oklahoma Department of Transportation Specifications.

Tillman County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids reserved.
Right reserved to purchase from State Contract for same material bid on 6-month bid list using lower bid.
Current Oklahoma Statutes will be complied with.

Completed Affidavit of Non-Collusion must be submitted with bid.

Material and supplies to be delivered to county barns at Grandfield, Frederick or Tipton.

Price bid shall include delivery to any location in Tillman County.

Pipe bids should be bid to be delivered.

Said deliveries to be made as specified as the same is needed from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
On all bids requiring services or contract labor, proof of liability insurance may be required.

All vendors mut be in good standing with local, state and federal tax obligations or bids will be
