These specifications arebeing advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code, “Onlybids on items conforming exactly to these specifications, which includeproposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will beconsidered in determining an award.

The issuing office believes that therequested items in this invitation for bid may be proprietary to one vendorunder Section 2155.067 of the Government Code; however, the issuing officestrongly encourages bids from all qualified bidders that may be able to providethe requested items.

TexasHistorical Commission (THC) is seeking bids for Digital Display ads at HoustonHobby Airport listed in the Exhibit II Price Schedule for the historic sitesmarketing campaign.

Theorganization seeks an individual or firm with demonstrated expertise in digitaladvertising at Hobby Airport in Houston. The selected vendor should haveexperience working with targeted digital display campaigns designed to drivemeasurable results.

THCis seeking vendors that have a minimum of 10 years of experience similar to thetype and scope of goods required and/or services rendered by this IFB (asjudged by THC) to be eligible for the Contract award. Vendors that do not meetthis eligibility requirement will be deemed nonresponsive. Preference will begiven to Bidders that have completed projects of similar type, scope, and size.

THCwill award a Contract to a Bidder(s) whose Bid is considered to provide bestvalue to the State of Texas, as defined by Texas Government Code § 2155.074.THC reserves the right to award contract(s) to one or more Bidders. THC makesits award depending on what best serves the project needs.
