This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order Contract to provide Bulk Gas and Cylinders for as
specified for the Louisiana Department of Health - Office of Public Health for an initial 1-year period
beginning with July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. At the option of the State of Louisiana and
acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the
same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months.

Method of Award:
It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive,
responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject
individual line items from the award.

Non-Mandatory Jobsite Visit:
Vendor should inspect job site to verify measurements and/or amount of supplies needed prior to
bidding. If vendor finds conditions that disagree with the physical lay-out as described in this bid, or
other features of the specifications that appear to be in error, same shall be brought to the attention of
the Office of State Procurement personnel prior to bid opening.
