Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) is soliciting bids for site grading for Tobias substation site near Tobias, Nebraska.  The CONTRACTOR shall perform grading work at the site as shown on DIR 460021133, 460021134, 460021135, 460021137 and the construction standard included with this request for quotes. The location of the substation can be found on DIR 460021139 and located at 134 County Road P, Western, NE 68464.
