CURRENT PHASE: Bidder Pre-Qualification

Kiewit Infrastructure Co. has been selected by the City of Sioux City, Iowa as the CMR for this Project and has been given notice to proceed with submitting a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price). In accordance with Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 26A, the CMR is requesting a statement of qualifications from all firms interested in participating in this project.
