Construction of a new roof at the Fire Training Center that shall include the installation of insulation and membrane roofing on top of the existing metal roof panels and replacement of gutters and downspouts as needed.
The City of Sioux City is accepting Bids for the Fire Training Center Roof
Bids are Due: January 27, 2026 at 3pm in the City Purchasing Office, Room 408 and must be accompanied by an original bid bond. Section "C" of the specs in its entirety must be turned in as the bid form.
- Anticipated Council Award of Contract: February 23, 2026
- Anticipated Council Approval of Contract: February 23, 2026
- Anticipated Pre-Construction Meeting: March 5, 2026
- Anticipated Date to Proceed: March 5, 2026
- Work shall commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed from the City and be completed by June 22, 2026.
- A pre-bid meeting will take place on January 20, 2026 at 10am at the Fire Training Center, 1701 Terminal Drive
