Bloomfield Hills School District's Board of Education will receive firm prime
contractor bids to provide architectural trades to facilitate The BP26-03 BHHS
Learning Stairs Improvements.
Documents may be viewed through BuildingConnected on or after April 2nd, 2026.

Bids shall be delivered electronically through BuildingConnected no later than
April 21st, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via the
following link , starting @ 1:00 PM. If you have problems with the link email

bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
All Bidders must provide a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Economic Sanctions
Act Affidavit of Compliance and Bid Bond. Upload this information to the Bid
Proposal on Building Connected. The district will not accept a bid proposal that
does not include this information.
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bid
Proposals, either in whole or in part; to award the Contract to other than the low
Bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make
awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner.
