NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – Rental Chiller 637 Poplar
The identified vendor will:
1. 200 ton air cooled chiller attached to trailer.
2. Provide all electrical cables to power chiller.
3. Provide electrical connection to the building.
4. Provide all chilled water hoses for supply and return, minimum 6” flanged hoses
required.
5. Delivery, set-up and tear-down should be included in cost.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Delivery and operational from January 1 through April 30, 2026.
2. Unit should be on a monthly rental cycle until building impairments have been resolved
and portable chiller is no longer needed.
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed

sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on January 30, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
