Single Source Notice to Public - Oracle Training Coordinator - ERP/HCM/EPM

NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Oracle Training Coordinator: ERP/HCM/EPM
The identified vendor will:
1. Coordinating and maintaining a multi-month training schedule across ERP, HCM, and
EPM workstreams.
2. Managing training logistics at an enterprise level while supporting 6 Oracle technical
Trainers.
3. Supporting 500+ primary end users across all functional areas.
4. Facilitating technical training sessions, including Post Go-Live sessions (moderating,
managing attendance, materials, and follow-up).
5. Tracking completion, escalating system or training blockers.
6. Serving as the operational hub between PMO, trainers, SMEs, and end users.
7. Maintaining training calendars, facilitating communications, and revieing readiness
Documentation.
8. Anticipate end-user needs and proactively identify potential training gaps.
9. Adjust schedules, communications, and support plans based on business readiness
Indicators.
10. Provide strategic insight to the PMO to reduce risk and improve adoption.
11. Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
Services needed through the remainder of the fiscal year ending 06/30/26

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on March 25, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
