NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support
The identified vendor will:
This solution will allow the Shelby County to continue using one of its primary work tools,
which is Microsoft Office and all of the technology that comes with it, including expanded
email storage, and OneDrive, all of which ensure users can work anywhere. The support
Agreement allows the Shelby County team to troubleshoot and learn new methods of
deploying and supporting these tools.
Shelby County Government is seeking to renew the contract for Microsoft Unified Enterprise
Support. This request is a continuation of the Support for the Office Cloud suite, including
Outlook, Word, One-Drvie and Excel, which has been instituted for 95% of Shelby County
Offices. This suite also includes our TEAMS communication feature and access to Power BI and
SharePoint for our G5 Licensed users. We will also receive engineering support and access to
training modules for the suite of products
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Goods and Services should be delivered by 7-1-26 Thru 6-30-27
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on August 17, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
