NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Managed Security Services
The identified vendor will:
1. SW-SPLK-SE-S-CLD-ST Splunk Cloud Subscription with Standard Success
Plan - GB/day Includes
2. W-SPLK-ES-S-CLD-ST Splunk Enterprise Security Cloud Subscription
with Standard Success Plan - GB/day
3. SW-SPLK-PC-S-CLD-ST Splunk App for PCI Compliance
4. SW-SPLK-TS-S-CLD-EN-TIM Splunk Threat Intelligence Management
Enterprise Edition Available in AWS US-EAST Provisioned in SCS
Environment
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1.The services shall be rendered for the renewal period of July 22, 2026, through July 22, 2027.

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on August 5, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
