NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Maintenance and Justware Data Exchange Interface Software
The identified vendor will:
1. Integration of Justware data exchange interface software to provide support for case
management.
2. Interface with the Shelby County integrated criminal justice data systems, including
Justice Portfolio.
3. Annual Maintenance and support.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. For the period of November 7, 2025 - November 6, 2026
2. Services to be rendered by November 7, 2025 - November 6, 2026
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) business days prior to award.
Notice expires on April 17, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
