Single Source - Cognitive Processing Therapy for Residents Inside Shelby County Criminal Justice Center

NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for Residents Inside
Shelby County Criminal Justice Center (CJC)
The identified vendor will:
1. Expand targeted outreach, trauma informed care, and service navigation for influencers
and known shooters with the highest levels of violent offenses (multiple violent felonies)
in communiteis identified as being intenstely affected.
2. Provide Restorative Circles with members of family units and community stakeholders
surviving the highest levels of offenses perpetrated by influlencers in targeted areas of
high crime.
3. Provide training and ongoing circles to credible messengers and community activists
involved in street outreach and trauma informed care programs to enhance their capacity
to address this rise in vioent incidents more effectively and sustainably.
4. Provide Restorative Circles with influencers in the administration of civil, government,
and judicial institutions, mental and social services, and education.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 .

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on August 31, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
