NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Civil Courts Management Services
The identified vendor will:
1. Functional Review & Revisions
Conduct detailed reviews of functional changes and updates aligned with project implementation
requirements.
2. Engagement with Subject Matter Experts & Teams
Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings with subject matter experts, project teams, and end
users-including one-on-one sessions as needed-to ensure alignment and clarity.
3. Work Sessions & Ongoing Communication
Lead and participate in work sessions with weekly touchpoints, ensuring consistent
communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
4. Internal Transition & Implementation Support
Provide structured support across all phases of the project, including key milestones, to ensure
smooth internal transitions and implementation success.
5. Documentation & Process Capture
Ensure all relevant procedures, workflows, and documentation are accurately captured and
maintained for future reference and compliance.
6. Collaboration with Key Partners
Work closely with the Civil Courts lead vendor, ITS teams, stakeholders, and end users to drive
successful and timely project delivery.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Goods and services should be delivered from 07/01/26 through 06/30/27

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.

Notice expires on August 10, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
