NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - AGENDA AND MEETING SOLUTION SUPPORT AND
MAINTENANCE
The identified vendor will:
1. Software is used by the County Boards and Commission for their Online Agenda
Management and Minutes Tool. Clerks and Council members can access meeting
materials on any device and edit agenda items in real time. Also provide citizens and
other parties digital access to live webcasting.
2. Solution should offcer ntegrated software solutions designed to utilize and leverage the
rapidly evolving technologies associated with legislative management.
3. Software suite must enable the collection of live and archived public meeting webcasts
and records.
4. Vendor/ company should provide regular maintenance and periodic updates,and ongoing
technical support through telephone or online communication.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Services and Licences renewal for the period of 12 months July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on September 1, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
