Scope of Work:
The Awarded Contractor shall install a new single point lobby, office area, and a Bookkeeper's office. This Scope of Work includes new walls, floor finishes, bullet resistant level 3 (BR-3) glazing, transaction service counters with accessories, electric controlled doors, security cameras, power/data outlets, and monitor with a mounting bracket.
Sealed bids for the Single Point of Entry Improvements at Earl Wooster High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on August 5, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
