Scope of Work:
Scope of Work: Create a single point of entry at the existing front entrance. Work shall include the removing and reinstalling of the existing interior store front, constructing and adding an interior wall with a new door that includes bullet resistant (BR) rated glass within the vestibule, adding additional cameras, updating fire/HVAC systems, adding a door buzzer system and adding window film.
Sealed bids for the Single Point of Entry at North Valleys High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on July 25, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
