SINGLE FEASIBLE SOURCE (SFS) MODOT SL 0000000072SL: Video Sharing

The Missouri Department of Transportation - St. Louis District has determined only one company, Skyline Technology Solutions, LLC, can continue to provide video sharing service on existing Skyline Technology Solutions servers and support for fiscal year 2027. Skyline's equipment is proprietary and any work performed by an outside company will void all warranties. All work must be completed by Skyline product technicians to ensure proper distribution of video feeds to the Missouri Department of Transportation’s many internal and external partners. Skyline is the sole source of the current video appliances, so the operations and maintenance for that equipment must be completed by Skyline. This notice shall meet the single feasible source requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
