The Missouri Department of Transportation Northeast District has determined E5, Inc. is the Single Feasible Source provider for E5 Shield Concrete Sealant.
If this SFS posting is contested and it is determined E5, Inc. is not the Single Feasible Source for this product/service the SFS process will be stopped and a bid opportunity for purchasing these materials will be developed and posted.
