SINGLE FEASIBLE SOURCE (SFS) MODOT 0000000186SL: Real Time Digital Alert Addition to Geotab Units

The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, HAAS, Inc., can provide an additional Real Time Digital Alert System compatible with existing Geotab AVL Units installed in MoDOT Fleet. Blue Arrow Telematics Inc. is the only HAAS Distributor with compatibility with existing Geotab AVL Units. The contract period is March 16, 2026 through March 17, 2027, with two (2) one-year renewals or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at ashten.lorts@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
