SINGLE FEASIBLE SOURCE (SFS) MODOT 0000000063SL: MoDOT FY26 Rental Rate Blue Book

The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Equipment Watch, can provide the department with the Rental Rate Blue Book that is used to determine equipment costs for force account work, including all fuel and lubricants, tires and repairs. The use of this Rental Rate Blue Book is proprietary and only available from the manufacturer or a single distributor. The Contract period is from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027, with two (2) one-year renewals or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at ashten.lorts@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
