Synopsis
The Missouri Department of Transportation - St. Louis District has determined that only company, Omnibond Systems, LLC, can provide the Department with proprietary and copywritten TrafficVision Subscription Service in the state of Missouri. TrafficVision turns existing cameras into smart devices capable of detecting changing traffic patterns, crashes, emergency vehicles, and other adverse conditions alerting the SL Transportation Management Center to these impacts in real time. The original service was procured as part of the I-270 construction project, with the completion of that work, there is a need to continue using the services for a set number of locations within the District. This notice shall meet the single feasible source requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described.
