Single Family Home Interior and Exterior Renovations, North Region, BC

BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is seeking a general contractor to conduct interior and exterior renovations and repairs for a single family house in Northern BC. The property is currently occupied by tenants and may remain occupied throughout the project, if feasible. The operators will be expected to accommodate the contractor or vacate the premise while the work is taking place.

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of Renovations and Repair Services, as further described in this ITT.

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

Bidders must submit a signed Appendix F – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via email to the Bidder Contact to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from bidders who did not submit the signed NDA.

The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: April 8, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
