Description

The City of Houston (‘City’), Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) is seeking applications from qualified for-profit and non-profit Developers to build affordable single family homes that serve eligible low- to moderate-income (LMI) Homebuyers up to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Qualified Developers must demonstrate a capacity to design, construct, market, and sell new single family homes on a specific site selected by the City. Applications will be reviewed, underwritten, and scored to select one Applicant based on a predetermined set of criteria outlined in the NOFA.
