  • Design-build services.

  • New construction of buildings, facilities, and real property.

ICE will conduct this acquisition as a large business only competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220.

This competitive acquisition will result in several Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)s with the ability to issue Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. The contract will have a period of performance of five (5) years from the date of award.

The resultant IDIQ contracts are anticipated to be awarded by 25 September 2026, with an effective date of 30 September 2026. There will be no phase-in period.
