At 2:30 p.m. on the same date, the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. No bids

will be accepted after the scheduled opening time, and no bid may be withdrawn for a

period of 90 days following the bid opening.

Bids must be submitted on the proper bid form in a sealed envelope with the bid

opening date and the bid number on the outside. Any bid received without the bid

number on the outside of the envelope, or not on the proper bid form, will be canceled.

Copies of the specifications and forms are enclosed. Sealed bids may not be accepted by

telegraph, fax, or e-mail.

NUNEZ IS INVITING BIDS FOR SIMS BODIES MANIKINS, MOULAGE KIT, AND SKIN REPAIR KIT

Nunez is seeking bids to purchase tan-skinned adult male, female child, and infant manikins, a moulage

kit, and a skin repair kit. The specifications below are not to limit competition but to show the minimum

standard of the equipment. Please include orientation training for each manikin during unboxing and

imaging of the items requested. Nunez will need to receive the manikins before June 30, 2025.

SIMS Bodies Pro Plus Adult Manikin – Male – Tan Skinned

Advanced male manikin of an adult male (aged between 30-40 years old) fabricated from prosthetic-

grade silicones that include:

• Anatomically correct cadaver casted airway

• Reinforced procedural areas for increased durability
