Bid Synopsis:	Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) is a State of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services, Divisions of Care and Treatment Facility requesting bids for the hourly service rate for HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Service Labor. This hourly service rate must cover both HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Service Labor. It is the intent that this bid would result in a one year contract with the possibility of two one year renewals, not to exceed $50,000. It is estimated that SRSTC will need around 75hours of HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Service Labor per year.
