Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the demolition of the existing pump station and associated equipment, as well as the construction and installation of a 550,000-gallon Type III prestressed concrete ground storage tank, a 3.0 MG booster station, a 15,000-gallon hydro-pneumatic tank, yard piping and valves, a control valve assembly, an electrical and I&C building, a pump station canopy, site grading and restoration, site fencing, electrical and instrumentation and controls (I&C) system upgrades related to the new facility, and miscellaneous civil site improvements, including fencing, lighting, and a new access driveway, for the Silver Mountain Pump Station Upgrades Project, SAWS Job No. 22-6018.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 3:00 PM (CDT) on July 16, 2025 4:00 PM (CDT) on July 15, 2025 July 10,2025 July 3, 2025 , as an addendum. Be advised that firms responding to this RFCSP (Respondents) are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or COSA officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents.

Proposals will be received electronically only, until 2:00 PM (CDT), August 28, 2025 July 31, 2025 10:00 AM (CDT), July 17, 2025. Electronic proposals will be received via the secure SAWS FTP site.  See the Electronic Proposal Opening Instructions attachment for additional information regarding an electronic proposal submittal.  Electronic proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price.  (Or, if providing SAWS with a cashier's check or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price, SAWS will request this within 24 hours from the Respondent who did not submit a bid bond).  Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration via WebEx.

Respondents will need to submit a request by 2:00 PM (CDT), August 27, 2025 July 30, 2025 10:00 AM (CDT), July 16, 2025, to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to Theadora.Gonzalez@saws.org .  Respondent’s email requesting access to the FTP site shall provide the legal name of the Respondent’s company and the intended recipient’s email address and phone number.  No requests for FTP site access will be accepted after 2:00 PM (CDT), August 27, 2025 July 30, 2025 10:00 AM (CDT), July 16, 2025 .
