Silver Bullet Well RFP

Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to Drill, Construct and Test Proposed Silver Bullet Well in Summit County Service Area #3.
DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
A. The Work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment,
facilities, services, and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents.
A general description of the Work is set forth in the Invitation to Bid (Document
00100) and details of the Work are set forth in the Technical Specifications.
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
A. Bidders are invited to bid on Construction Contract known as:
Drill, Construct, and Test
Proposed Silver Bullet Well
For Summit County Service Area #3
Summit County, Utah
B. The location of the work site is in the Silver Creek Area, Summit County, Utah. The
site location is further described in Section 1.2 and shown on Figures 1 and 2 in the
Technical Specifications section of this Project Manual.
C. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment,
facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the drilling, construction and
testing of the proposed Silver Bullet Well.
D. The OWNER is the Summit County Service Area #3.
