Project Description: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works seeks statements of qualifications (SOQ) from consultant firms to provide professional services, as described in Section II, Project Description, related to Streets, Alleys, Sidewalks, Trails, Special Services including Traffic Signals, Street Lighting/Pedestrian Lighting, Permanent Traffic Signs, Bicycle Lane Design, Traffic Studies, Data Gathering, Permanent Paving Markings, Intersection Improvements, and Railroad Quiet Zones Establishment Process in various locations within the City of Dallas. SOQs shall address all services listed in this request for qualifications (RFQ).
