Scope of Services
It is the intent of this bid to establish a contract for a period of one (1) year from date of award during which time the

successful bidder shall guarantee firm prices for the fabrication, shop time, and materials for items as specified in the

bid. The specifications establish the minimum requirements for providing and/or installing signage as described

herein, to be used district wide by the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida.

Q1 - You have indicated in a number of items that you are wanting PVC/Aluminum Composite Sign Board. PVC and Aluminum Composite are two different product. Some of these were clear that they need to be the aluminum composite but for line item #5 this is not the case. Do we have to bid on the whole packet or can we exclude LED digital signs since that is not in the scope of our business? Per the Bid Specifications on Page 15 of the ITB, under
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor(s) shall be responsible for fabrication and delivery of ADA compliant, regulatory signage, and/or LED
informational signage to the District on an as needed basis.

DISPATCH OF WORK
All signage must go through appropriate Facilities Services Managers for location and permitting.
