Sign Structure Inspection

Project Description: If your firm is interested in providing the sign structure inspection traffic control services for this contract, please review the information provided in this document. The bidder must submit a cost per day price for each bid item. The responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid with proper certifications will be engaged for these services. Bids must include the cost of mobilization, demobilization and all applicable taxes for services rendered. The Contractor must note that the price per day must include all costs that are expected to be incurred by the contractor, and in turn, submitted to WSP USA, Inc. for payment.
WSP USA, Inc. will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for from qualified Contractors until 12:00 noon, Friday, October 3, 2025, at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid – www.PennBid.net.
Questions may be addressed online using PennBid’s “Clarifications” feature until 12:00 noon, September 26.
Bids will be reviewed 12:00 noon, Friday, October 3, 2025. WSP USA, Inc. will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. WSP USA, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in conformance with the bid requirements or exceeds the budgeted project cost for MPT.
