REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide on-site and/or remote simultaneous American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services to engage persons who are hard of hearing or deaf at SAWS Board of Trustees Meetings and/or any SAWS-held events at SAWS Board of Trustee Meetings and/or any SAWS held events.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CDT) on July 2, 2025, as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Please be advised that Firms are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff or City of San Antonio officials regarding this RFP up until the contract is awarded.
