SIGA Slot Machine Transportation Services

Specifications:
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor to provide the transportation services described noted below in accordance with the terms and conditions hereafter. The successful Bidder(s) (the “Transportation Supplier”) shall provide secured transportation services for SIGA’s Slot machines and supplies to and from Central Office Warehouse and its seven (7) casino sites located in the locations indicated at F.O.B Delivery points.
The successful bidder(s) shall provide secured slot machine transportation services for pick up and deliveries to all SIGA Casino locations and Saskatoon warehouse on an if and when needed basis. In order to comply with SLGA regulations, machines must be transported in a secure, dedicated vehicle. SIGA would be looking to retain the successful Bidder(s) for a period of one (1) year with four (4) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
 SIGA will provide a schedule in advance (when possible) to confirm location, delivery date/time and slot type and number of slots to be delivered/pick-up.
 Dedicated Driver must be an experienced driver and SIGA should be informed if there is a change in driver’s that will be loading and unloading product.
 The average weight per machine is 450lbs (204kg).
 Liftgate may be required at some locations. Not all casino locations have a loading dock.(see table below)
 Slot machines may not be palletized all the time.
 Approximately 1-20 machines per load.
 Provide information about your fleet and network size.
 Provide details on your Valuation Premium.
 Slot Machines will be required to be blanket wrapped during transit and must be secured in a dedicated vehicle.
 Must take all reasonable measures to protect the goods transported against loss or damage.
 If machines are preloaded for next day delivery, the load must be under camera and inside a secured compound if the machines/truck are left unattended.
 Comply with any/all Federal, provincial or municipal transportation laws, regulations and by-laws.
 Must have and provide a Certificate of Insurance or letter from an insurance company in good standing confirming the vendor’s ability to obtain general liability coverage not less than two (2) million dollar ($2,000,000), should the bidder be awarded a contract
