SIGA Orange T-shirts

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of Custom Orange T-shirts for employees at all SIGA locations. Please note that SIGA will need items delivered to each site by September 1, 2025, at the very latest.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitution T-shirt will be considered with equivalent quality to Gildan light weight option. Specifications (brand name, model, description, picture, etc.) are required for substitutions with your bid submission. All T-shirts to be adult sizing.

For quality of material, no logo required

2. See Appendix #1 for sample of the Imprint size and locations. Actual approved artwork will be provided to the successful proponent.
3. The production logos will be provided to the successful vendor.
4. All Setup charges are to be included in the spaced provided in the table above. All costs associated to this order must be included in your bid submission.
5. SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable.
6. Digital proofs must be provided by successful vendor and approved by SIGA prior to production.
