SIGA Luggage and Duffle Bags

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of logoed luggage and duffle bag sets. All items are to be shipped to all SIGA sites, see F.O.B table below.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1.
Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
2.
The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
3.
Substitutes are allowed, of comparable quality and specifications. Please include full descriptions and photos of proposed luggage sets with your bid submission.
4.
SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
5.
Standard warranty information to be included, unless already specified. Provide details on any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.
6.
The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
7.
Bidders shall provide items specification sheet and indicate all included features and accessories/ with their bid submission.
8.
Items must be from the same brand.
